PLEASE try to offer natural/plain foods. For example: plain cold boiled eggs. The poured egg liquid that is cooked into those breakfast sandwiches cause us allergic effects. Just a plain, regular egg is best. And for the coffee in the lobby, PLEASE make real cream (or half and half) available. I have an allergy to that Coffee Mate liquid that has additives and preservatives in it. A lot of people do. Just plain dairy from a plain cow is best. Back to basics. Thanks for listening!

Traveling for Christmas and this hotel was so cute with Christmas trees, hot chocolate bar, & even games for the kiddos to play. I'm not good at sleeping, we stayed 2 nights, ALL of us slept amazingly!! The chef was absolutely amazing. Our family of 5 didn't really want to leave. Will definitely be staying again. Our 2 teens (gym rats) loved the gym! They keep talking about it and comparing other hotels to it. The refillable water bottle station is a wonderful bonus.

Included breakfast was above board. Many options and kept hot. Maximus kept Everything clean and replenished. He went out of his way to make sure all the guests had what they needed. He is top notch! Room was spacious and very clean. Many extras that aren't standard in most hotels - full refrigerator, microwave, dishes, utensils. Having the separate sleeping and living area would be a huge plus for families with different sleep times.

We have stayed there a few times and always been satisfied. Always clean and well kept up hope they keep it that way. The black man, sorry can't recall his name but he is outstanding at his job. Very friendly and polite the kinda person I would want to work for me if I had a business. These type of employees are hard to find in today's world. Will probably be back in September for a 3 day stay for the Frankenmuth Auto Fest.
